If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, full priced items are eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund by submitting a returns request via email at museandtoile@gmail.com. Request for a return must be made within 14 days from the purchase date and item must have been returned to us for approval of return within this 14 day period. Items that have been altered as per the request of the customer cannot be returned.
All shipping related costs for returning an item will be at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a traceable method of posting to reduce the risk of lost parcels. We do not cover the costs of missing parcels. For requests for exchanges, we cover the cost of sending the exchanged item back to the customer.
The item:
- Must be returned in original condition – unworn, not tampered with and with all tags attached.
- Must be returned with original packaging
- Must have proof of purchase.
- Was purchased at full price.
WARRANTY CLAIMS
We ensure that every garment is up to consumer standards and we perform quality checks before the garment is sent out to the consumer.
However, if you are experiencing concerns or issues with your garment, please include multiple photos of the issue and send to us via email to us at museandtoile@gmail.com.
Please note, marks on the garment, holes, tears due do incorrectly following care instructions will not be considered faulty by us and is considered wear and tear of the user.
SALE ITEMS
For sale or markdown items, unless faulty, we do not offer refunds or exchanges and are final sale subject to Australian Consumer Law.
Failure to meet any of the above conditions, we have the right to not approve the refund, following Australian Fair Trading laws.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you via email on the approval of the return.
